This very nice professional quality Italian made double sided beechwood chitarra is designed for cutting pasta into strips, the wires on one side spaced 2.5mm apart to make spaghetti and 5mm apart on the other to make tagliatelle There are tensioning bolts at the end to tighten the wires when you are using it and to release them so they don't get stretched when you put it away The main body is 16.25" (42.5cm) long, 8.75" (22cm) wide and 3.25" (8cm) high, the cutting area itself being 15" (37.5cm) long and 6" (15cm) wide Please bear in mind that this is a natural wood product so the appearance of the grain will vary from piece to piece, each one will look a bit different to my photographs You can also check out the Kitchen Cookery & Bakery category in my Ebay shop for similar items togeth.
